Bankroll Zen is an independent wellness and biohacking publication. We write about home saunas, cold plunge setups, red light therapy panels, and recovery tools — with a single obsession: helping you spend your money on the right things.
There's an enormous amount of noise in the wellness product space. Influencer deals, inflated claims, and products that underdeliver. We cut through that with genuine testing, clear comparisons, and honest verdicts.
Where the experience comes from
The site is built on real-world practice and real purchase decisions. We run an 8-foot Canadian cedarwood barrel sauna in the garden two to three times a week, take cold-water plunges without a chiller, and imported both the sauna and our red light therapy panel directly from factories in China — the same hardware that gets rebranded and sold at several times the price.
That background informs how we write about every product — we know what the specs mean in practice, what the hardware actually costs to make, and where brands hide their markups.
